The motto of Senjo is “Delicious sake is art whilst sake making is science”. Besides techniques, concept and presentation are what they emphasize, so they have produced a lot of delicious, yet interesting sakes


1: KUROMATSU SENJO Junmai Daiginjo Prototype  (720ml)

This sake is named “Prototype,” because the brewery continues to challenge themselves to new things. It also has the meaning of going back to the beginnings; thinking back to the origins of sake brewing. It has lovely and fresh fruits and floral aroma, and combinations of sound acidity with sweetness.

2: KUROMATSU SENJO Junmai Daiginjo - Konnayoruni…Full Moon (720ml)

Full moon has a fresh, natural flavor that builds from cup to cup. An exceptionally easy-going super-premium Daiginjo. Select high quality sake rice, Sankeinishiki is polished down to 40% remaining and only brewed during the coldest mid-winter season. The cold and slow fermentation process creates a truly high quality Daiginjo.

3: KUROMATSU SENJO Karacuchi Junmai  (720ml)

The name of "Karakuchi" means "dry", but there is also a pleasant sweetness and umami. It is subtly fragrant, thanks to local sake brewing rice, Miyana-Nishiki. the characteristic of the "terroir" from very local sake brewing rice is expressed very well. This sake is dry, but there is also a pleasant sweetness and umami. It is subtly fragrant, thanks to local sake-brewing rice, Miyama-Nishiki.
