1: EMISHIKI SENSATION White Special Junmai  (720ml)

This Sensation White uses Ginjo type yeast and has a slightly sweet taste with a nice fragrance. Actually, the Sensation series are brewed by Junmai Daiginjo class method but using Shiga local table rice in order to offer a reasonable price. Nuances of vanilla and banana. Texture is clean, fresh, and soft.

2: HAKUROU Tokubetsu Junmai (720ml)

Deep flavor and full-bodied tastes using brewer's original sake-rice "Wakamizu" that is made in Chita peninsula, Aichi. Winning prize in 4 times. It goes well with fatty foods, since its acidity enhances the taste of such dishes as fried fish and foie gras terrine, not to mention Japanese dishes.

3: ECHIZEN MISAKI Junmai Kuzuryu  (720ml)

This sake is made from Kuzuryu rice, an heirloom sake rice that has not been used in 10 years.  This Junmai sake has been made using Ginjo style methods, and long and cold fermentation.  These techniques give this Junmai sake a clean profile that is dry, with nice acidity.  The sake has a crisp finish and nice backbone, as it has not been diluted with water.
